Can I wear my 14K gold jewelry while swimming or showering?

Yes, that's possible. However, we do not recommend this because chlorine and other chemicals in the water can attack the gold and reduce its shine.

What is the best way to clean my 14K gold jewelry?

To clean your gold jewelry, you can use a soft brush and mild soap, followed by gentle drying with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials to prevent scratches.

Is it normal for my skin to react to my 14k gold jewelry?

Some people can have allergic reactions to metals, even precious metals such as gold. If you notice that your skin is reacting to your jewelry, we recommend using hypoallergenic backings or contacting a dermatologist for advice.

You can pay securely online with iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card, Bancontact, Mister Cash, Bank transfer, Apple Pay and Klarna.

When I go to checkout, I get the message that the item is out of stock.

The product is probably almost sold out. There is a good chance that several people have the item in their basket, causing this malfunction. It's best to clear your cache and try again later!

Can I change or cancel my order?

It is not possible to change or cancel the order. We therefore advise you to check your order carefully before paying.

What are the shipping costs?

We ship orders to the Netherlands and all over Europe .

Postage costs:

  • Netherlands & Germany – Free shipping on orders over €25. Below this amount: €5.95 (NL) and €5.49 (DE).
  • Other European countries – €9.95 shipping. Free shipping on orders over €100.

All packages are shipped with Track & Trace as standard, so you can always track the status of your order.

What is the delivery time for my order?

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is as follows:

  • Netherlands & Germany : 1 - 3 working days
  • Other European countries : 3 - 7 working days

I have received a wrong item

It is best to email a photo of the wrong item with a brief explanation and your order number to goldrebels@outlook.com . Then we will solve this for you!

If the price of a previous item has been reduced online, can I request a refund?

Unfortunately, in these cases it is not possible to receive a refund of the difference in price.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return/exchange a package?

Register your return by email to: goldrebels@outloook.com.

Return costs: At your own expense.

NB!

Products that are not returned in the original packaging will not be processed. The products must also be unworn.

Until when can I return a package?

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

As soon as we have received the return package, it will be processed. The purchase amount will then be immediately refunded to the account used to pay for the order. It may take a few days before the refund is visible on this account.

Guarantee

How long do I have a warranty on my product?

We have a warranty period of 6 months.

Each situation is assessed individually by us. Please contact goldrebels@outlook.com and include the following information:

  • Order number and full name
  • Photo/video of the damaged product where the problem is clearly visible
  • A brief description of the problem

Damage to products due to normal use is not covered by the warranty conditions. If it is determined that this is a manufacturing defect, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please note that the warranty lapses if a defect has arisen as a result of or results from carelessness because you or someone else has tried to modify the product or used the product for which it was not designed. In addition, losing jewelry is not covered by the warranty conditions.

What to do if I received a damaged item?

If something is received broken or damaged, we would like to be informed of this no later than 3 days after delivery. You can do this by emailing a photo and your order number to goldrebels@outlook.com. After these 3 days we can no longer be held liable.
